The-minute news

We are currently in a period in which the information comes fast and from many places. As something important happens in the world we learned in an instant. Have appeared, the Internet, places where the information is updated every minute. For example, with all that is happening in Japan, you can get into many web pages of newspapers (La Vanguardia, the world, the country ...) and go following the events that are happening. These new technologies are still developing. Currently only used when major events occur such as those occurring in Japan or the draw for the champions. Which could be followed live or when events of interest to an important part of a population (football matches of basketball ...).

This technology allows the reader to have all the information in their hands and when he wants, but how is this information? I think the problem is that information is going very fast. Journalists do not have time to reflect on what they publish. Contents hardly studied. The information lacks of context so often misunderstood. I think that going to impact, (will send the information as they develop the facts) loss of cohesion of the news. There is a big mass of information, but, to what extent is it real? You have so much information, so many views that do not know what to believe. It is also a very common phenomenon that runs lies on some news. This is very common in soccer news (signings, coachingchanges ...), why is this happening? Often it is because the journalist in question sends the information published as it arrives. They don’t wait for verification, not worried that you are transmitting falsehoods, only concerned to update the information, get to publish the news before another newspaper. The society is increasingly uninformed as to have as much information at the end do not look almost nothing and looking not know whether to believe it. A phenomenon that is currently occurring in the population is that people will only look at what interests him, ignoring the rest of the information.

Not try to criticize of the media, all I am saying is that journalism is undergoing a crisis of values. I think the purpose of journalism is the study of an event, this analysis, and subsequent transmission of this phenomenon, trying to be as objective as possible. Journalism should try transmit a truth. Today, this hardly happens. Many journalists do not stop to think about what they are doing. A clear example of this is what happened recently with the sports newspaper AS. Modified image (erased a player to give the reason the referee had blown for an offside that was not) and then even dare to say that it was a computer mistake...

Anyway, I think that journalism is entering a deep crisis in wich anything goes, losing its purpose: the transmission of truth.

Innovation

We are in a time when every day new software are released. As you learn to use a program to handle yourself and do not know where the next day comes an update that lets you out of place.

It is very difficult to keep pace with new technologies. They are constantly getting updates, new programs ... ever try to make them simpler, more intuitive, but there comes a time when you saturate while not know what to do.

I think the main reason for this is that piracy will increase progressively. Most programs are very expensive and people buy it to use much, as companies ... but an ordinary citizen couldn’t go buying the licenses of all the programs you use because if not, within a few days would be ruined or would remain antiquated.

This video shows how, in times long gone, the book hits the market and a monk does not know how to use. It makes a comparison with the help desktop. I guess he does to claim that there are people who couldn´t use logic to move to new technologies and need aid as useless as the desktop.

Computers in classrooms

I suppose that you already know that are now beginning to put computers in in primary and high school classrooms. For some years, some schools have chosen to put electronic whiteboards. Today this idea has been developed to finish the installation of a computer for desk.

I think today a six year old child does not spend time on the computer. Is a device that still doesn’t call attention. By putting computers in classrooms is true helps them get used to using either the computer, but you also make the child stand in front of a screen for the day. It is a way to start before the boy in this world, but, what may be its consequences? The child to be with the computer in class, come home and continue with your computer, and you have to do homework etc. At the end sure just dizzy over the Internet. I think that to study you need a minimum of maturity, and if not you, someone to control you (for example the fathers) and you also need concentration. We all know that the computer is a device that can operate for a long time without getting bored. It's simple, a couple of clicks and ready. Do you think that an ordinary child will be able to be at your computer doing homework without anyone check? I think this measure will cause more work for parents who will have the need to control her son much more than they already do.

It is a system that can be very effective and is very consistent with the present, with the media used ... I think the computer is a tool that will use it throughout their lives, and find it much easier to learn from small, but what about face to face relationships? not lost an important part of life, to go out and actively interact with others? The computer can become a substitute for friends. Clearly that was never going to lose at all oral communication, but a substantial part of it.

In conclusion, I think it is very well that education be in line with new technologies, but I think you need to know how to combine well, not to exceed or magisterial classes or classes more interactive.

New technologies are influencing all aspects of social life. Today you can look anywhere and see objects born of new technologies. Right now I'm thinking about advertising, buildings, streets, everything. It's amazing how new technologies have taken over the streets, the garbage trucksare fully automated, advertising increasingly modern, more appealing, people on the street is always connected to a machine...

In my opinion, this is a wonderful thing. It is amazing to see the result of new technologies. Every day produced millions of electronic devices, all identical, but as soon as people arrive, each appliance is changed; it only takes on the personality of the person who owns it. This is a wonderful phenomenon. It does create a character of uniformity, (all with BlackBerry ...). This has been criticized by many people. I think those who criticize these people have never looked inside those devices. Surely they would discover that they are different. The human person needs to engage, so you create groups. For this reason it is not unusual to see several devices have a similar structure. It is normal for the same group have similar personalities so their devices will look like.

People sometimes try to look like the rest. I think this is because there is a lack of communication between young people today. I think we shield behind Facebook, chat ... to spend all day talking to people. It's like a defense mechanism. We panic in loneliness and yet many times we have stayed at home sick of spending so much time on the couch. Being like everyone else who has feeling gets that treatment easier.

I believe this is true, but I also believe that behind every person behind every phone, every email, every ... hides the true personality of the person. I think that looking a bit by phone of people in their email, focusing on style; in the words you use ... you find your true personality.

Television and its future

In ancient times, the center of the households, home was the center of the bonfire. Every family had a fire in the center of the house. It was like the meeting point. There are long silences and also created great discussions among members of the family. Life develops around them. Not only provide physical warmth to the house, but also gave him a touch of home, turned to the most wretched cave in a real home. Grew all around, the children looked and played around them, they grew even came to take important decisions with her and, as seniors, saw their children play with her. 
The bonfire was a way to create links with the family. It was a place to laugh, to have fun with others, to be alone, to cry ... it was one of the foundations of the family. Today, television has become the substitute for the bonfire. Families gather together on TV, there discussed, there talking, there pass each other by more attention to a Box than a person. 
Today television is something common to all households. Whether you're rich or poor, man or woman, black or white, or yellow, no matter the racial, nothing matters, everybody watches television. Currently this area is developing much. Nothing in Spain implant the TDT. This means that the image has better quality, there are more channels, the image is lost less often ... there are only advantages. It is starting to develop a new system (IPDT) that is able to watch TV from any device. It is a kind of network (like internet) but only to carry picture and sound. The idea is that you get to do a television on demand. It is intended that the receptor is you choose what you want to see. They are looking for interaction with the receptor: the recipient can choose which ads to see that series, you can chat while watching TV ... 
It's amazing how technology is influencing society. How society has changed the bonfires with the present? It is clear that the foundation is the same: the family gathers in one place, but is not it true that has changed the essence of the meetings? Before with the bonfires, talked, talked ... well, that being at the stake entailed relationship. Now there is no longer television relationship. They are all in one place but hardly speak.
